Our Warehouse System company have setup our company on BarTender, moving across from previously using LabelView to print pallet labels.

We are having an issue with BarTender where the content from the labels begin to overlap onto the following label, this is causing a problem where the barcode is half on one label and half on another.

The warehouse system company are not really proving to be helpful and have sort of left me to it to try and figure out what is happening.

I have used the BarTender drivers for the Zebra Qln320 CPCL (I'm not too sure there is another driver, or if this driver is incorrect).

I have attached an image of the issue we are facing. As you can see, the print slowly starts to move down the label until it overlaps onto the next one.

Any help would be much appreciated!

It looks like you have not configured the Document Properties (printing preferences) of the printer driver to use labels with gaps for the print method.  Based on the photo it looks like you're running in continuous mode which basically disables the label sensor and doesn't try to index the labels at all.  The setting should be found under the "Stock" tab of the driver.
