Hi,

I'm working in a old vb application that sends directly to the com port prn files exported with bartender for datamax I-4208.

If i send the label as is exported by bartender, this doesn't print.

But if I send priory the image separated from the label and after i send the label taking out the embedded image, then it prints.

What's the reason of this?

There is a way to send in once?

It's probably due to the encoding used to render the image in the print code.  Some older printer firmwares don't support the newer graphical encoding options.  You'll probably need to generate the printer code where the graphics encoding option in the driver is modified to be a more "universal" for backwards compatibility format.  Lowest common denominator type stuff.
